Lama
"Lama is a skinnable desktop toy. It can display eyes that look at the mouse, point at the mouse, simulate the screen and many more. The new version (2.0) has many new features, like optional always on top and many new eye types. The name Lama stands for Look At Me, the extra 'A' is because I didn't want to call my program 'Lam'."

LBreakout2
This one is a DX-Ball clone game... which is a breakout clone... which is pong on acid. Anyway, follow the bouncing ball, mash the bricks, and make you own levels. You can download or make your own skins. It's a fun game to mess around with, and has a kid mode that is great for little nephews and those who suck at video games. There also is a portable version for your flash drive.

LexEyes
"LexEyes is a similar to X-Eye, main difference is that LexEyes is a windows program and allows you to specify the look of the eyes. Basicly that means that it displays some (1-32) eyes which's pupils follow your mouse on the screen."
Status: dead. Original site still here, but download not working etc.
Memory
"Memory is a classic game that everyone can enjoy. It is very simple to use and configure. It is skinnable and comes with a built-in skin editor. The skins are very simple to make and only require one image. Two skins, the default is the theme of dangeruss' Dream skins and the second called mossimo, come with Memory."

Snake
This is a skinnable remake of the classic nibbles or snake game for the Atari or those cell phones everyone has. Very easy to skin and good for killing some time. By pogrelz.

SnowGlobe
You know those 'snowdomes' you can buy at tourist shops, filled with water and some plastic figures... (?). Shake well and it will snow for a while - now available for your desktop. Skinnable, all sorts of flavors available. Formerly known as Snowball, now XP compatible.

Tetrix

Multiplayer Tetris for Windows for up to eight players. Features internet play, customizable skins and sound themes.

Yazzle
Yazzle is a skinnable game of solitaire variations. Besides main display being skinnable, carddecks are too, and games can be added/edited with their own specification. v3 is heading towards resizable card decks.
